Our events team understands the complexity of belief, ritual and cultural tradition and will work closely alongside you, your caterer and your stylists to create a seamless event from start to finish.

Gold license external caterers are permitted at the venue and our back of house team is present to ensure that everything happening behind the scenes is as flawless as what your guests see.

Your venue hire will be perfectly fitted to you be it a more intimate affair enjoying only The Heartwood Bar and Gardens or a Full Venue event utilising all the spaces within the venue. Enjoy flexibility with tailor made packages to ensure every facet of your traditional event is hand crafted to perfection.
